What are the qualifications of the Workplace Conflict Navigator coach?
Katie Cullen, founded Mutual Ground Mediation, LLC to help foster positive workplace cultures through constructive dialogue.
- She is a certified mediator with the Center for Conflict Resolution and has been mediating cases since 2012.
- She is a Workplace Mediator and Trainer through the Mediation Training Institute.
- She has a background in employment law (though she no longer practices)
Is this connected to my company’s HR department?
No. Our coaches work for YOU. This is a completely private and judgment-free space. We are not affiliated with your employer or HR, allowing you to freely evaluate your options without fear of retaliation.
